Asset Management Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Asset Management Project Manager in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and reputed company Electronic R&D client in Gibsonia, PA. Responsibilities:

• reputed company Asset Receipt of new devices for IMAC-D process using customer provided tools; Data provided by reputed company, Customer or team reputed company agreed to process
• reputed company Asset Receipt scanning for Transition site refresh using customer provided tools; Data provided by reputed company, Customer or team reputed company mutually agreed upon process
• reputed company Asset updates for IMAC-D process using customer provided tools for MPS managed printers
• reputed company Asset Audits and Asset updates of devices under the company agreement as a result of said Audits
• reputed company Asset updates for non-company managed devices only in cases where device is replaced by managed device

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for effective decision-making and problem resolution
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; reputed company to engage with stakeholders at reputed company levels
• Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Proficient in reputed company reputed company (intermediate level) for data analysis and reporting
• Strong problem-solving skills - Adaptable and resourceful under pressure, with the ability to navigate rapid change
• Proactive and solutions-focused reputed company
• Working hours must be in Pacific time zone

Preferred:

• 1+ years of experience working in a Project Management role
• Proficient reputed company experience
• Experience with reputed company preferred
• Experience working with ticketing software, reputed company preferred
• Previous work from home experience
• MS Teams and/or reputed company chat/meeting experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith reputed company we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
