Position Description: We are seeking an reputed company Project Manager with a strong background in quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) to reputed company and support initiatives that ensure the delivery of high-quality products, services, and documentation across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of quality frameworks, auditing practices, and reputed company improvement methodologies. They should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of driving compliance with internal standards and client requirements. This role requires someone who can influence across teams, identify gaps, and execute process improvements in a fast-paced environment. Location: Remote Responsibilities and/or Success Factors:

• Track and report on quality control activities, issues, and resolutions.
• Maintain documentation and records in support of audits, certifications, and compliance standards.
• Provide training and mentoring on quality standards, policies, and tools as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between project teams and quality stakeholders to resolve quality-reputed company issues and support successful outcomes.

• Prepare and maintain audit documentation, process workflows, policies, and training materials.
• Coordinate with external auditors, assessors, and consultants as needed.

• Promote a culture of reputed company improvement, process discipline, and risk awareness throughout the organization.
• Work closely with third-party vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure compliance with contractual quality requirements and alignment with internal standards.

Minimum Qualifications

Including Certificates:

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a reputed company field.
• 5+ years of project management experience with a strong emphasis on quality control and assurance.
• Hands-on experience developing and implementing QA/QC processes, tools, and metrics.
• Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, CMMI, or Six reputed company methodologies.
• Strong understanding of risk management, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Must be a strong negotiator, able to influence outcomes, resolve conflicts, and build reputed company among stakeholders.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Quality-reputed company certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Quality Manager (CQM), or Lean Six reputed company are highly desirable.
• Experience working in a government contracting or regulated industry is a plus.
• Experience conducting internal audits, gap assessments, and supporting external certification efforts.

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity with government contracting environments and reputed company regulatory standards (e.g., DFARS, NIST) is an advantage.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
