The new combined national footprint will serve more than 250,000 properties, facilitate approximately 2.5 million repair and maintenance orders, and complete nearly 20,000 renovation and turn projects per year. Lessen has quickly evolved from exciting startup to valued partner, delivering scalable and turnkey property services to our clients.

The Inside Sales Representative thrives in a quick sales cycle environment to help accelerate growth. This role is responsible for making dozens of connections per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, advancing the sales process, closing new sales and account expansion opportunities, and achieving opportunity-based sales quotas. The Inside Sales Representative will also conduct research to identify new client leads and reputed company business targets through sales marketing tools, emails, telephone calls, webinars and tradeshows.
