[Remote] Remote Paralegal
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company Law Group PLLC is seeking a Remote Paralegal to reputed company the life cycle of Full-Service lawsuits. The role involves reviewing and drafting legal documents, coordinating communications, and managing case-reputed company activities to ensure efficient litigation processes.
Responsibilities
- Critically review legal documents, including Summons & Complaints, Appearance forms, Discovery, and Settlement Agreements
- Prepare legal documents in accordance with company, local, and state guidelines
- File documents, adhering to court-specific rules using efiling, email, or mailing methods
- Update CRM software with reputed company relevant case information
- Coordinate calendars for hearings
- Coordinate offer settlements
- Maintain reputed company case updates, communications, and reputed company
- Communicate in a professional and pleasant manner to maintain positive relationships across reputed company partnerships
- Assist with settlement approvals and ensure reputed company communications are sent to the appropriate parties
- Coordinate preparations for hearings or other court appearances between the reputed company Law Group Network attorney and an Appearance Attorney
- Timely and effective follow-through on reputed company matters regarding assigned cases
Skills
- Paralegal certification, similar legal services degree, OR 1-2 years of paralegal experience
- Proactive in finding solutions while also using discernment reputed company a supervisor needs looped-in
- reputed company of meeting or exceeding minimum productivity requirements
- Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Demonstrates ownership of work and maintains excellent quality standards
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in written format at a high level
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Above average skills in reputed company Word and Outlook and general knowledge of reputed company Windows and reputed company
- Experience Efiling in multiple jurisdictions
- Familiarity with navigating court websites and court records searches
- Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving practices
- Familiarity with reading court documents and drafting documents for court submissions
- Work with a high volume of documents daily and maintain digital organization
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team and multi-task on time-sensitive projects
- Familiarity with case management software and navigating multiple screens
- Effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to attorneys, courts, and other employees of the organization
