About the Role

As a Data Entry Technician at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our customs declarations. You'll work closely with reputed company to transpose customs declaration information from documents into our operating system, verify documents for compliance, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. If you're a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with a passion for logistics and supply chain management, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system

• Understand and identify customs documentation
• Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration
• Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct
• Provide excellent customer service building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
• Ensure compliance at reputed company times to regulations
• Daily execution of workflow and department metrics

Qualifications

* Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., logistics, supply chain management, business administration)

• Effective interpersonal skills, including:

+ Proven ability to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing + Strong organizational and prioritization skills

• Proficient computer skills, including:

+ Solid data entry with high accuracy reputed company + Email, internet, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint
