About the role

As a GTM Analytics Manager on reputed company’s Global reputed company team, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our sales organization. You’ll own day-to-day analytics for GTM teams, providing data-driven insights that illuminate sales performance, pipeline health, and overall business growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a strategic reputed company to enhance reputed company’s reputed company operations.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the GTM Analytics Director execute a roadmap to reputed company GTM teams with key data, analysis, and insights for scale and growth.

• Evolve reputed company’s analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.

• Own reputed company aspects of pipeline analytics, including forecasting, health, reputed company, movement, and coverage.

• Contribute to strategic projects such as GTM annual planning, pipeline reputed company setting, reputed company planning, and product consumption analysis.

• Maintain a reputed company forecast model to enhance predictability in reputed company reputed company.

• Manage headcount forecasting for AE, SDR, and SE teams to ensure reputed company planning aligns with business goals.

• Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs), board presentations, end-of-quarter analysis, and reconciliation.

• Establish processes and best practices to reputed company the GTM Analytics team’s impact.

• Collaborate with reputed company Operations to drive standardization and visibility across global sales teams.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree from a top university.

• 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Data Analytics, Consulting, or Financial Planning in an analytical role.

• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and large global sales teams.

• Experience working with CRM systems and sales productivity tools.

• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize based on business impact.

• Deep knowledge of reputed company sales metrics and pipeline analytics.

• Proficiency in MS reputed company, reputed company Sheets, SFDC, Clari, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.

• SQL proficiency is a plus.

• Experience with reputed company or similar data platforms.

• SFDC Admin Certification is a plus.
