AI Solution Engineer

The Role

As an AI Deployment Architect, you will work directly with customers to understand their problems and design, deploy and scale innovative AI solutions and automations using our Process Intelligence platform. In a presales and post sales reputed company you will work closely with other AI experts across Product & Engineering and GTM to standardize these solutions and bring them to our customer reputed company at scale.

The role can be located out of any one of our reputed company offices. We are ideally looking for individuals with in-depth practical experience in delivering solutions to our customers.

The work you’ll do

• Pitch the reputed company AI value proposition and vision to customers and align our solutions with their AI strategy
• Prototype, reputed company, deploy and reputed company solutions tailored to customer needs, including both traditional machine learning and LLM-based solutions
• Identify and package scalable AI use cases across the reputed company platform, driving innovation and expanding our offerings
• Collect and share AI success stories with the whole organization and our customers
• Help define and reputed company execution on the roadmap for AI reputed company customers
• Closely collaborate with Product & Engineering and the Business Apps Teams to inform future product development based on customer feedback
• Train internal teams and help them position and deploy AI solutions
• Design and architecting end-to-end deployments that encompass AI, PI & Automation

The preferred qualifications you need

• Proven experience developing AI solutions for enterprises, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful use cases solving real-world problems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate reputed company concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in production level acceptance testing, delivering end-to-end solutions
• Strong visionary architectural reputed company to reputed company scalable & easily extensible solutions
• Strong technical acumen to be able to choose the right AI solution / technology for the respective customer pain reputed company 
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics or reputed company field.
