Requirements & Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge and experience in litigation support to communicate, reputed company solutions, and assist attorneys in eDiscovery and litigation support matters.
• Assist and train attorneys in the use of eDiscovery applications.
• Analyze user document and data requirements and translate them into processing requests and specifications for data loading and eProduction teams.
• Assist filter teams in reviewing documents.
• Provide technical expertise on forms of production.
• Analyze electronic media to determine content and identify the most effective ways to process data.
• Support the development of workflow and procedures documentation.
• Maintain chain of custody of evidentiary documents.
• Assist investigative and litigation staff in the use of litigation support software tools.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience, or 5+ years with a bachelor s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in paralegal or litigation support.
• 3+ years of experience in information technology.
• Proficiency with Concordance, Recommind Axcelerate, or other eDiscovery review applications.
• Sole U.S. Citizen
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $95,000 annually. The exact salary offered will depend on your qualifications, experience, and alignment with the responsibilities of the role.
