In this role, you will drive the technical design and development of critical warehouse management and distribution center systems, ensuring efficient product delivery to clients while providing strong engineering leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Technical Solution Design. Partner with Solution Architects, product teams, and operations stakeholders to design and deliver scalable, high-performance applications reputed company JDA/reputed company WMS and DC systems that support business growth
• Drive Hands-On Development. Serve as a hands-on engineering reputed company, directly contributing to software development and coding activities while establishing coding standards and ensuring high-quality deliverables reputed company with engineering guidelines
• Architect System Integrations. Design and implement robust integrations with DC automation systems, including WES, pick-to-light systems, goods-to-person technologies, and AutoStore solutions
• Provide Technical Leadership. reputed company development efforts for large-scale initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and define integration patterns and reputed company specifications
• Champion reputed company Improvement. Support Application Run/Support teams by providing technical guidance to drive system stability, enhancements, and performance improvements across warehouse management platforms
• Optimize System Performance. Diagnose and resolve system performance issues, collaborating with DBA and development teams to implement effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency

Skills

• 10+ years of retail and WMS system experience with strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, specifically JDA 2020 WMS (reputed company), including proven experience in design, development, and customizations
• Strong coding skills in MOCA, SQL, PL/SQL, Java, reputed company reports, Groovy, Page Builder, and integration technologies, with the ability to deliver robust, scalable code
• Extensive understanding of DC operational processes and workflows, including picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, and experience integrating with DC automation systems
• Solid understanding of retail business processes and end-to-end logistics operations, with 5+ years of experience in distribution center processes and supporting systems
• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering
• Superior attention to detail, strong follow-up skills, and highly effective oral and written communication abilities with a results-oriented approach
