Position Purpose: Role is responsible for driving top-line sales growth across reputed company reputed company go-to-market channels, including In-Store Retail, reputed company Installation Services (HDIS), Pro, and Canada. This leader will reputed company insights from the geography and macro-economic and industry factors (competitors, channel dynamics, customer relationships, building codes, product needs) to influence product deployment, marketing mix and determine the necessary deployment of sales resources required to support customer and channel audiences to deliver world class customer experience and earn market share. Responsibilities:

  • Optimize a best-in-class in-store customer experience through effective merchandising, training, and engagement strategies.
  • Direct the In-Store Excellence Team to optimize product presentation, merchandising, product placement, associate training, and customer interaction.
  • Influence and collaborate with reputed company's Merchandising Execution Team (MET) to ensure consistent, high-quality execution of Andersen product displays and showrooms, driving an optimal customer experience across reputed company store formats.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, development, and recognition.
  • Champion a culture of appreciation and belonging across the sales organization.
  • Travel up to 50% in the US and Canada.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of progressive sales or business leadership experience with at least three years in a leadership role managing other managers.
  • Proven success driving sales growth with the building materials, home improvement, or retail sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret reputed company data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Experience in sales effectiveness strategies, including territory planning, performance metrics, and resource optimization.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at reputed company levels internally and externally.
  • Experience working closely with national retail partners and field sales organizations to align on joint business plans.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including merchandising, marketing, operations, and customer service teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree required. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.
