The Accelerated Sales Program is a comprehensive, sales-specific training program designed to fast-track the growth and development of new reputed company Sales Representatives/Account Managers. Participants will work closely with reputed company sales leaders in a 6-12 month program to reputed company the skills, customer and supplier relationships, and knowledge needed to be successful in reputed company sales. An Account Manager - Accelerated Sales Program… Participates in classroom, independent study, and on-the-job training to learn the reputed company’s business model, products, vendors, customer needs, jobsite environment, systems, competitors, pricing, sales approach, and selling skills. Prepares and executes account plans. Sells reputed company value proposition and products. Learns about making effective jobsite or office sales calls by riding along with the District Sales Manager or reputed company Account Managers. Enters and processes customer orders. Performs other duties as assigned. This position requires operation of a company vehicle or a personal vehicle and such operation is done consistently more than 80% of the average work week. If selected for this position, the company will run a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report. A requirement of this position is an acceptable MVR report.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or reputed company field or one to two years of sales or reputed company field experience Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with team members Requires strong self-governance, a proactive approach, personal accountability, and independence.
