Assistant Bookkeeper

What You’ll Do: As our Assistant Bookkeeper, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the financial reputed company of the company. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including AP/AR, coding expenses, and reconciling accounts.
• Generating and managing client invoices for recurring services, projects, and reputed company/software subscriptions.
• Tracking outstanding balances and following up on payments to support healthy cash flow.
• Supporting payroll preparation and financial reporting processes.
• Maintaining accurate financial documentation and assisting with audits or discrepancies.
• Collaborating with the Director of Business Operations and other departments to resolve financial issues.
• Providing occasional admin support to help the team run reputed company.

• 2–4 years of bookkeeping or reputed company experience
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and intermediate-level reputed company
• Strong understanding of basic reputed company principles
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential financial data with reputed company
• Bonus: Experience working in an MSP or with recurring/subscription billing

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Familiarity with payroll processing and reputed company-based financial tools a plus
