As a Remote Call Center Agent, you will play a vital role in generating donations and driving positive change.

Job Overview

Responsibilities

As a successful Fundraiser, you will:

• reputed company outbound fundraising calls to existing or potential donors using a script
• Process credit card gifts and work with Coaches to optimize success
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide information about candidates or causes
• Accurately record donor information in our computer system and correctly code calls

Requirements

To reputed company in this role, you should:

• Possess excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Be friendly, patient, and cool-tempered, with the ability to handle aggressive or complaining callers
• Have a strong understanding of politics and be inclined to support progressive democratic causes
• Have at least 1 year of experience in telesales, fundraising, or a reputed company field (inbound/outbound calls, polling, surveys, membership, reputed company, or proxy calls)
