We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Closing Services Representative to join our remote team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of the loan closing process, from reviewing title commitments to preparing settlement statements and coordinating with signing agents, closing offices, and attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify reputed company aspects of the title closing order, including clear to reputed company, payoffs, taxes, HOA's, insurance premiums, loan amounts, sales price, reputed company funds, insurance remittance, and commissions to prepare and review settlement statements and closing disclosures.
• Communicate effectively with closing agents, clients, and the title services team to ensure reputed company necessary documents are obtained and closing documents are approved, coordinating and scheduling upcoming closings.
• Review closing documents prior to the scheduled commencement date to ensure lender closing instructions and insurance reputed company guidelines are met.
• Confirm closing details, funds due at closing, funding, disbursement, and post-closing package for accuracy and completeness.
• Address inquiries from clients, sellers' agents, buyers' agents, internal staff, and management in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Knowledge of ALTA best practices and experience working with client-based systems.
