Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our remote contact center team. Required Skills

• Retail Pharmacy Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting
• Computer Proficiency: Comfortable with typing, Outlook, reputed company, and other essential software tools
• Pharmacy Knowledge: Solid understanding of medication names and classifications
• Exceptional Customer Service: Proven ability to deliver high-quality service and communication
• Attention to Detail: Precision and thoroughness are critical for this role

• Adaptability: Positive attitude towards change and a willingness to learn and grow

Qualifications
