Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Remote Pharmacy Technician to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with our pharmacy help desk grievance team to manage and resolve grievances
• Execute data entry tasks and triage grievances to coordinators as appropriate
• Maintain and update reputed company spreadsheets for review by leadership, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail pharmacy
