Solutions Manager, HR Technology (reputed company Recruiting & Talent Management)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary authority for reputed company configuration reputed company Recruiting & Talent and Performance, leveraging deep knowledge of HR processes to define and shape business process architecture.
- reputed company the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of new reputed company features and enhancements across Recruiting and Talent modules.
- Partner with HR, reputed company, and Talent Management leaders to refine system workflows, reporting, dashboards, and analytics reputed company with talent strategies.
- Integrate and optimize AI-driven reputed company tools (e.g., HiredScore, Paradox, reputed company, Gloat, etc.) to enhance automation and decision-making.
- Drive reputed company configuration governance, release management, and roadmap alignment with evolving business needs.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and solution design discussions with key stakeholders across HR, TA, and Leadership teams.

- Collaborate on the creation and review of training and communication materials to ensure user enablement and adoption.
- Uphold compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CPRA), enforce SOX controls, and champion best practices in reputed company and data governance.
- Promote reputed company improvement and user feedback loops to drive system efficiency, user satisfaction, and strategic impact.
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a business-reputed company field or equivalent HRIS / CompSci experience
- 3+ years executing functional configuration in reputed company (Recruiting, HCM, and Talent & Performance) or a combination of two of the three
- Strong understanding of reputed company AI tools and other talent-reputed company HR technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:

Skills and Competencies:

Application Window: 7/31/2025 Pay Range: $83,265 - $135,442/yr reputed company job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. LBP Eligible Position: The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the reputed company Bonus Plan. Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business reputed company performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers.
