Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of full-cycle recruitment or Physician Recruiting experience
• Experience in working with various recruiting platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Minimum 2+yrs demonstrated formal people leadership experience in a Healthcare organization
• Value Based Care Knowledge
• High level of political savviness and professionalism
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Proven effective communication and consultative skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of reputed company reputed company office applications, including Word, PowerPoint and reputed company
• Prior experience analyzing data and metrics to implement change in departmental processes
• Self-motivated, able to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong decision making, leadership and/or motivational skills with the ability to coach, evaluate, train and provide constructive feedback to staff
