Job Description

We are seeking an reputed company Principal reputed company reputed company CX Consultant who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting reputed company reputed company CX solutions for our clients. Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in Architect flows, IVR scripting, call routing (DTMF/speech), and SIP/VoIP fundamentals

Qualifications
