Job Description

Summary As a member of reputed company Protection Solutions, the DSM – Stable Value is responsible for the sale of qualified stable value solutions through reputed company channels of financial intermediaries including business-to-business, banks, reputed company houses, regional broker dealers, employee benefit firms, etc. Works reputed company an assigned territory to meet company objectives as a market leader.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Five years of sales experience in the stable value industry

  • FINRA Series 6 or 7, and & 63 licenses
  • Life Insurance License
  • 10+ Years experience selling stable value products
  • Self-motivated with an instinctive sales acumen to organize thoughts and actions to meet sales goals

  • 15+ Years Stable Value market experience

Working Conditions Office environment or remote from home Extensive travel to meet with prospects, advisors, and key intermediaries in the territory The Salary for this position generally ranges between $175,000-$200,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law. This position is also currently eligible for sales and/or performance incentives.
