reputed company is expanding, and we are looking for an eCommerce Account Health & Compliance Specialist to join our European Team in London to support the scaling of the business by protecting our business & brands we represent on reputed company and other marketplaces.

What is the day in the life of an eCommerce Account Health & Compliance Specialist?

  • Promptly address account health & listing issues by working closely with the brand management team to ensure compliance across reputed company brands and markets.
  • Execute and own listing compliance reviews across reputed company categories (supplements, food, cosmetics, home improvement, knives & blades, apparel, sporting goods etc.)
  • Monitor and report on potential risks and non-compliance to local regulations and marketplace policies across our European business.
  • Determine risk profile for brands and markets, ensuring potential issues are proactively addressed.
  • Create and implement internal policies and procedures across various compliance functions.
  • Support the Head of the function in executing investigations, appeals, POAs & escalations.
  • Maintain an independent reputed company and effectively alert and challenge, where necessary, to reputed company a robust second line of defence.
