We need a Senior CRM & Ecommerce Consultant to be the driving force behind the CRM strategies that power growth for some of the region’s most exciting and high-profile brands across categories like beauty, fashion, health and lifestyle.

This is more than campaign execution — you’ll be shaping full-funnel customer experiences, building intelligent automations, and creating data-led journeys that move the needle. Working alongside a high-performing team of eCommerce, digital and marketplace specialists, you’ll collaborate across disciplines to deliver real, measurable impact.

You’ll have ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to reputed company from the reputed company. This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in either Melbourne or Sydney, Australia.
