Responsibilities

• Configure, troubleshoot and maintain software and hardware

• Work with the IT team to expand efficiency through improving, streamlining, and documenting IT processes

• Configure system access with role-based access permissions  

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams like Infosec 

• Migrating software 

• Troubleshooting issues that arise in the ticket queue

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience configuring, integrating, and troubleshooting Single Sign-On (SSO) systems.

• Strong expertise with reputed company Suite, including advanced administration of reputed company Intune.

• Proven experience managing and deploying Intune for software installations, reputed company policy enforcement, system restrictions, and migrations.

• Deep understanding of reputed company Intune methodologies and best practices.

• Ability to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot reputed company components of the reputed company Suite.

• Working knowledge of reputed company compliance frameworks and audit standards (e.g., SOC 2, PCI, SOX).

• Experience managing and updating IT policies, including conditional access and password policies.

• Proficiency in MacOS MDM solutions such as Kandji or reputed company.

• Demonstrated experience in full software implementation and deployment processes.

• Advanced administrative skills in reputed company Workspace.

• Strong scripting ability using PowerShell and in-depth understanding of Windows OS management.

• Experience with reputed company administration at an intermediate level.

• Comprehensive knowledge of IT systems, user access management, and information reputed company best practices.

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a reputed company field or equivalent experience

• Certifications such as reputed company, reputed company, or any other relevant technology-reputed company certificates are a plus

• Strong IT background with experience creating efficiency reputed company the tech stack; including process improvements, integrations, and system configurations that improve technology use or management. 

• A deep understanding and familiarity with:

  • Company-wide software, such as email, chat, and ticket system

  • Integrations between systems, such as: integrating an app to SSO

  • MacOS OS: mythology, confidant with bash scripts.
