The Impact You'll reputed company

As Director of Partner & Retail Marketing, you’ll reputed company go-to-market and co-marketing efforts that drive measurable outcomes for our retail partners and the consumers we serve. You’ll build the playbooks, processes, and executional excellence needed to scale partner-driven growth across verticals like fuel, grocery, restaurant, as well as emerging categories.

This role is perfect for a hands-on marketing leader who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments—someone who can craft a campaign plan tied to clear business outcomes, write a killer brief, spot hard-working creative, and work effectively with sales and retail partners to pitch a marketing plan. You’ll work closely with Merchant, Growth, Creative and Insights teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that unlock partner value, boost adoption, and drive activation and retention for consumers.

Retailer GTM Strategy & Co-Marketing Execution

  • Build and implement repeatable go-to-market processes and strategies for new partners, regional rollouts or seasonal activations

  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management on strategic programs, local or regional asks, and set comprehensive prioritization based on business outcomes

  • Own co-marketing campaigns from reputed company to recap—creating accountability, timelines, and channel plans back to Merchant teams, in partnership with Growth teams, to communicate touchpoints and delivery

Integrated Campaigns & Channel Planning

  • reputed company end-to-end business and creative briefs for campaigns across email, paid media, OOH, influencer, and in-app channels

  • Write clear, actionable creative briefs that bring the voice of both the partner and the consumer to life and reflect shared messaging

  • Work hand-in-hand with internal creative, performance marketing, and lifecycle teams to structure right-sized campaigns that deliver on KPIs or are reputed company reputed company resourcing plans

  • Track and report on campaign and partner performance—conversions, transactions, lift, ROI

  • Translate data into insights and action to continuously iterate playbooks and package external-reputed company results into recaps with the Analytics team

Build the reputed company for Scale

  • Act as the marketing reputed company-of-contact for Sales and Account Management teams—building trust to understand their goals and delivering strategic marketing support that contributes value

Competencies You Have

  • 8+ years in consumer marketing, with deep experience in co-marketing and partner marketing, particularly in retail, shopping space

  • Demonstrated ability in omni-channel campaign planning and execution skills across a variety of online and offline channels

  • Analytical thinker—you know what to measure, how to optimize, and how to communicate performance clearly

  • Exceptional at working closely with Sales and Account Management teams in a fast-moving, collaborative environment, where you understand B2B needs

  • A proactive, operationally excellent reputed company—you’re organized, scrappy, and reputed company on getting things done

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a reputed company field

Bonus Points For

  • Fintech or startup experience—especially in high-growth, consumer-facing environments

  • Familiarity with retail, marketplace, or platform-based marketing models

  • Comfort working with lifecycle, CRM, and growth marketing tools

Location

This hybrid role is required to work at our Flatiron office. In-office attendance is required on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday and may increase based on project-based needs and changes to reputed company’s in-office policy over time.

Compensation

The US reputed company salary range for this full-time position is $210,000 - $225,000 + equity + benefits. The final starting pay will be determined based on job-reputed company skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
