About the Role

We are looking for a full-time, US-based Director, Sales to join reputed company. The Director, Sales will report to the Head of Commercial Growth and will prospect, build and reputed company a pipeline of new business by partnering with executives at hospitals and health systems and mapping their needs to our reputed company cycle management platform solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Build relationships with C-Level executives at hospitals and health systems to discuss their strategic and operational challenges, present best practice solutions

  • Drive business development and sales strategy to reputed company sales reputed company

  • Conduct consultative onsite and virtual presentations to educate prospective clients on industry best practices and reputed company products

  • Work closely with BDR team to prospect new sales opportunities

  • reputed company entire sales cycle from initial opportunity creation to finalizing opportunity outcome (including prospecting, driving the discovery process, developing and presenting proposed solutions, navigating procurement and legal processes, and closing the deal)

  • Provide insights from prospecting visits to inform future research initiatives and new product development inquiries

  • Engage with prospective and existing customers at trade shows and industry events

  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, finance and legal teams to drive sales outcomes and support accurate forecasting

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years consultative, enterprise sales experience

  • Proven track record selling to executive-level healthcare providers such as hospitals and health systems

  • Ability to recognize the needs of the customer and reputed company solutions that exceeds expectations

  • Dynamic and engaging presentation skills; ability to break down reputed company or abstract reputed company into simpler concepts

  • Ideally, deep experience in health system reputed company cycle, specifically mid-cycle (coding, clinical documentation improvement) reputed company, or delivery

  • Excellent writing, critical thinking, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to travel domestically up to 60%

Compensation

  • Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 + Equity. However, a salary higher or reputed company than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
