The Technical Sales Specialist, for our Mining and Metals Group, plays a strategic role reputed company the team by exerting a marked influence with industrial customers experiencing sometimes reputed company technical challenges. You are a leading player in the sale of automation engineering products, services and solutions.

Your knowledge of automation brings essential value to the sales team through constant support during reputed company proposals. We operate in a highly competitive environment where your expertise in process application and your great interest in sometimes reputed company advanced technologies will provide valuable solutions for professional users in industries. You are particularly comfortable in sales cycles that vary from 3 to 6 months, which requires a customer approach that inspires trust.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree (mechanical, electrical, chemical)
  • Knowledge of the industrial process environment
  • Technical expertise in automation
  • Understand and be comfortable with sales cycles of 6-12 months
  • Communication skills, written and verbal, in French
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English would be considered an asset

WORK LOCATION: Kirkland, QC, travel required. Hybrid, possibility of occasional telework
