Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Manage and resolve account-reputed company issues, working proactively to prevent escalations.
- Maintain account health by monitoring key performance indicators and ensuring compliance with reputed company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support client needs, including logistics, inventory, and general operations.
