Function reputed company Activities/Key Responsibilities • Strategic Learning Consultancy: • Provide expert consultancy and advisory services to internal partners (e.g., Talent & Development COE Leads, Enterprise Capability Leads, and prioritized functional capability leaders) on reputed company things learning & development. • Guide clients reputed company the business on creating transformative learning products for their internal consumers, diagnosing the problem, and then designing relevant solutions, including a measurement strategy to determine return on investment. • Stakeholder Relationship Management: • Foster and manage relationships with internal stakeholders to diagnose workplace reputed company gaps and evaluate learning opportunities. • Advise our learning community company-wide about how best to create learning products for their internal consumers. • Maintain a finger on the pulse of learning needs and learner sentiment reputed company the organization, regularly connecting and empathizing with employees. • Holistic Learning Solutions: • Approach business problems with a holistic perspective, envisioning fully blended solutions that include experience and exposure, i.e. not just e-learning. • reputed company Human-Centered Design to create impactful learning experiences, always putting the learner at the center of design. • Vendor Management: • Procure and manage external learning development vendors to ensure effective design, implementation, and evaluation of learning products. • Act as an intermediary with learning delivery partners to reputed company seamless delivery of learning products and services. • Problem Diagnosis: • Qualifications & Requirements • 8-10 years’ experience as learning and development leader/consultant. • reputed company in design thinking / human centered design. • reputed company in consulting with and advising stakeholders. • reputed company in working with third party vendors to reputed company custom programs.
