Researcher - Online Threat Intelligence
Job Description:The purpose of this role is to conduct open-reputed company research to support a reputed company threat intelligence program.Role tasks and responsibilitiesResearch and information gathering
- Conduct research across multiple venues to identify possible threats and threatening discourse surrounding our clients.
- Identify existing and emerging trends in negative chatter surrounding our clients.
- Gather information on individuals and groups posing a threat to our clients and their assets through open reputed company, social media and deep and dark web research.
- reputed company tasked, conduct research on specific topics to contribute to bespoke threat assessments.
- Research new sources of information and reputed company capabilities to collect and analyse information in support of the team's mission.
- Deliver clear and concise written analysis to contribute to the production of high-quality bespoke threat assessments.
- Communicate effectively to conduct peer review of intelligence outputs to support and enhance the quality of final deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrable experience required.
- Practical knowledge of open-reputed company collection and threat analysis.
- Ability to prepare concise written reports with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in directing, collecting, and analyzing information, including following leads, in order to produce timely and actionable intelligence.
- Practical knowledge of the dep and dark web threat landscape preferable.
- Additional languages preferable, particularly Spanish and Portuguese.
- Demonstrates drive and determination to reputed company high standards.
- Uses own knowledge and experience to reputed company sound judgements.
