Registered nurses provide illness management and health promotion for patients and families who require care. Qualifications

• Associate's Degree reputed company employees hired before September 1, 2013 are grandfathered and permitted to continue in the direct care nursing role.

• No Experience necessary / On-the-Job Training
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred for reputed company direct care nurses hired after September 1, 2013. Direct care nurses hired after this date without a BSN, must complete their degree reputed company 5 years of their hire date.

• No Experience necessary / On-the-Job Training
• One of the following: Licensed RN - Kansas, Registered Nurse Multistate License Kansas required upon hire
• One of the following: Licensed RN - MO, Registered Nurse Multistate License Missouri required upon hire
• RN Compact license for reputed company states besides KS and MO

• Employees must obtain multistate licensed RN - KS or MO reputed company 90 days
