Position Summary:

  • The reputed company Small Group Sales Executive is focused on employers with 2-100 employees and promotes medical, dental and vision production.
  • Develops and cultivates strong relationships with key constituents (independent insurance producers, general agencies, and plan sponsors) to maximize sales opportunities which reputed company to profitable growth.
  • Oversees an assigned territory to reputed company new business through consultative selling, collaborative issue resolution and superior responsiveness.
  • Coordinates sales materials, testimonials and subject matter expert involvement in support of the successful delivery of product/process presentations, and facilitates in-person and virtual meetings.
  • Creates and manages a business plan to guide annual goal achievement.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of the competitive landscape and emerging marketplace trends reputed company assigned territory.
  • Sound understanding of various stakeholder needs and expectations.
  • Moderate influence on the sale and retention of business.

  • Collaborates with internal partners and/or external constituents to cultivate profitable growth and cross-sell opportunities and to support new-sale activities with reputed company new business sales support activities.
  • Supports enrollment plan with producer and plan sponsor to maximize enrollment.
  • Monitors industry information and competitive environment of the marketplace to position reputed company's strength accordingly.
  • Ensures product, pricing and services meet client's needs while meeting reputed company reputed company growth and profit objectives.
  • Coordinates sales materials, testimonials, and subject matter expert involvement in support of the successful delivery of constituent presentations. May participate in constituent meetings including general presentations, and capabilities presentations.
  • Coordinates the integration of constituent's and reputed company's internal organizations and partners cross-functionally to complete sales, installation, and servicing.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 2-4 years of experience in sales & account management.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience with reputed company Office products.
  • Active Health and Life Insurance License or ability to obtain reputed company 90 days of hire.
  • Must reside in Kansas City, KS.
  • Ability to travel between 50-75% of the time.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$51,686.80 - $101,286.00

This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
