- Bachelor’s degree
- SLED Expertise: A strong understanding of the State, Local, and Education (SLED) market, including its unique needs and decision-making processes.
- CMMS Knowledge: Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and its application in streamlining asset management and maintenance operations.
- Outbound Prospecting Skills: A proven ability to generate leads, engage prospects through cold reputed company, and build a high-performing sales pipeline.
- Coachability: A growth-oriented attitude, openness to feedback, and a drive to continuously learn and improve.
