Fertitta Family College of Medicine at the University of Houston.Skills / RequirementsJob Summary The Operations Coordinator II (OC II) is responsible for providing administrative support for a department and coordinating projects and programs. This includes supporting development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation. The OC II is accountable for: coordinating administrative activities reputed company to assigned projects/programs; assisting with event planning and implementation; managing the project/program logistics; coordinating meetings, conferences, educational activities, and other reputed company events; developing and dissemination of program/project materials; supporting communication for project/program; assistance with data collection, collating, and reporting; and assisting with the coordination of and/or development and maintenance of databases to support program/project activities.
