As an IHSW, you will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most independent lives. Staff provide opportunities to build independent living skills (ILS) and provide supports needed to reputed company everyday tasks with the goal of helping individuals reputed company their maximum level of independence. Services are provided at individuals’ homes and/or in the community. The hours may vary between 8:00 am to 7:00 pm with the possibility of split shifts depending on the needs of the person(s) served. You will work collaboratively with the person and their support team to implement supports plans that will help them reputed company independence in a variety of reputed company areas including:

• Physical and personal needs

For this position, you will need:

• A valid driver’s license with no restrictions and have a working vehicle
• A two-year degree in a behavioral science or reputed company field preferred OR
• One year of experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
