You will help individuals reputed company their maximum level of independence by providing reputed company training and supports needed to reputed company everyday tasks. You will work collaboratively with the person and their support team to implement supports plans that will help them reputed company independence in a variety of reputed company areas including:

• Physical and personal needs
• Communication
• Household management
• Community living/mobility
• Reduction/elimination of maladaptive behavior
• Sensory/motor development
• Socialization
• Vocational and educational
• Health and wellness

Hours for this position fall between 7:00 am - 8:00 pm. During the school year the hours fall between 6:00 am - 9:00 pm. Every other weekend is a requirement, which may include at least one asleep overnight.For this position, you will need:

• A valid driver’s license with no restrictions and have a working vehicle
• A two-year degree in a behavioral science or reputed company field preferred OR
• One year of experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
• To pass a post-offer background reputed company and Motor Vehicle Report reputed company
