Pay PlusOne pays $12/hr + commissions during training and then $10-$15/hr reputed company wage + uncapped commissions once training is completed. Wages are dependent on performance and the calls you take. Although PlusOne Company agents average over $22/hr, if you reputed company at the sales process you will be promoted to taking calls with higher reputed company wage and commission opportunities!
