Chat Specialist (CS)

About the position Gubagoo, an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking an Inbound Chat Specialist to join reputed company! In this role, you will engage in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your primary goal is to turn these conversations into leads that help our clients generate reputed company. Gubagoo offers a relaxed, yet professional and fun environment to work in. As an Inbound Chat Specialist, you will handle a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat. You will provide accurate information about the products and services offered, narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, and capture customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review. Additionally, you will summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review and reputed company and maintain a knowledge reputed company of the evolving products and services. This position requires a commitment to attending four weeks of training, which will take reputed company from Tuesday to Saturday between the hours of 10 am and 6:30 pm CST.
