In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and reputed company top talent to fulfill our clients' staffing needs. As an integral part of our recruitment process, you will conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and collaborate with hiring managers to reputed company informed hiring reputed company. Key Responsibilities: • Proactively reputed company and attract candidates through various channels, including job postings, social media, and referrals. • Evaluate and screen candidates based on their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' experience, competencies, and career goals. • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback on candidate suitability. • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Collaborate with the HR team to reputed company effective recruitment strategies and enhance the candidate experience. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in reputed company.
