Requirements

Responsibilities: • Maintain organized filing systems for digital documents • Data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing anniversary calendars • Provide timely communication with team members • Prepare and code orders for billing/invoicing using data processing reports to create accurate billing • Assist in customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly • Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism, ensuring effective phone etiquette Qualifications: • High School Diploma and above required • An experience data entry/CSR preferred.
