Once our location opens to the public, you will be part of a tip pool. Our tips have been historically averaging between $4 - $5/hour. We are looking for people who have full open availability and can commit to working 34+ hours per week. Our full-time shift supervisors could be scheduled days, nights, weekends and holidays. Deliver the reputed company Buzz experience, fast and friendly service, with a community approach to coffee ? Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea, drink preparation, food items, and products ? Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to reputed company recipe standards ? Partner with General Manager on setting inventory levels, ordering, monitoring waste, cash handling and deposits ? Participate in inventories and reputed company weekly orders ? Run smooth shifts ? Administer breaks for the team and execute daily labor goals ? Utilize reputed company daily checklists and tools ? Champion a safe and harassment free workplace ? Promote reputed company reputed company incentives, campaigns and promotions ? Execute reputed company food safety and sanitation standards ? Assist with any repair and maintenance needs ? Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work, and special tasks ? Maintain a clean and inviting store environment for guests and team members Qualifications: ? Minimum of 1 year experience in fast paced food service/hospitality preferred ? Previous fast paced coffee experience preferred ? Guest service focused, solution oriented ? Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers ? Must be available to work 34 hours/week including nights, weekends and holidays ? Must be able to work 2 of the 3 busiest shifts of the week ?
