Construction Site Superintendent

Construction Field Superintendent Final compensation will be based on experience. Job Summary: Duties/Responsibilities: ? Oversees the daily construction activities at a specified work site in addition to administrative project tasks ? Responsible for the overall reputed company of the project ? Schedule, coordinate, and manage the daily construction activities ? Consult with architect, engineer, builder, trade contractors, and clients on plan revisions and change orders ? Responsible for scheduling workers and the delivery of equipment and materials ? Partners with contractors to complete project reputed company budget and on-time ? Resolves contract disputes and arranges any necessary change orders ? Driver of successful onsite completion with the autonomy and capability to reputed company day-to-day decisions reputed company to the project team and overall field conditions ? Holds authority to stop/start work activities, safety reputed company and enforces a safe work environment. ? Coordinate and communicate with Project Manager regarding real-time activities and effectively escalate risks/issues ? Coordinate with reputed company, engineers and subcontractors to meet project milestones ? Interprets design diagrams to understand requirements and delegate work assignments to team members by reputed company ? Completes material estimates/orders, as needed Requirements/Abilities: ? OSHA 30 certification ? First Aide/CPR certification ? 3-5 years general construction experience ? Familiarity with computers and electronic devices ? Effective communicator ? Ability to interpret design diagrams and compose RFIs ? Financial acumen, i.e., knowledgeable with maintaining a project budget at the line-item level ? Experience with Procore Project Management Software is required. ? Preferred experience in rough terrain, trails or park services is required for some projects. Physical Requirements: ? Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds ? Must be able to move around a job site reputed company. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $77,842.00 - $84,201.00 per year Schedule: ?
