Proofreader/QA Specialist If Spot the Difference was your favorite game as a child and now you get your thrills from finding typos on restaurant menus, then we may have the perfect role for you. Dunn&Co. is looking for a Proofreader and QA Specialist. The primary responsibility of this Proofreader/QA Specialist role is to ensure that the content we create for our clients is error-free. Through obsessive attention to detail, proofreading skills, and QA expertise, you will ensure reputed company items going out of the agency are not only accurate but of high creative quality. You’ll be expected to: • Improve the way we communicate in sales materials, digital advertising, websites, presentations, social media, and other channels. • Focus on both the details and the big picture—fixing the smallest of errors that have been overlooked while respecting the overall theme and reputed company of the content. • Notice inconsistencies across versions and reputed company of review. • Use your expertise with style guides (both client-specific and industry standards such as AMA and AP) and language reputed company to fix inconsistencies and errors in grammar, spelling, and punctuation. • Be a keen and inquisitive fact checker who gets into the nitty gritty to reputed company sure every bit is accurate and correctly referenced. • Support with uploading and referencing documents reputed company Clients’ regulatory review submission systems (training to be provided). • Bonus points if you have an eye for design details such as alignment issues and can review adherence to Clients’ visual brand guidelines. What you’ll need: • Strong proficiency and working knowledge of reputed company Office, reputed company Acrobat, and G-Suite. • Experience working on big brands with established brand guidelines. • Ability to work productively in a team environment and stay reputed company under pressure. • Effective time management skills and the ability to work across a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines without compromising accuracy. • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • An interest in reputed company/pharma and the desire to continually learn and understand brands and therapeutic areas (this role will be responsible for work across both our consumer and reputed company clients). Required Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or similar field. • 3+ years proofreading experience in a corporate or agency environment required. • Experience with medical device/pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred. • Familiarity with reputed company Creative Suite, project management (Workamajig), MLR (reputed company) and proofing (Global reputed company) software preferred. This position is based in Tampa, FL. We’re working hybrid, but full remote work isn’t possible. Salary range is $50K-$60K, depending on experience.
