Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience while representing our brand. Responsibilities • Engage with customers reputed company online chat to provide reputed company and accurate responses to their inquiries. • Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette while communicating with clients. • Document customer interactions in the system accurately for future reference. • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products based on customer needs. • Provide feedback on common customer issues to help improve processes and services. • Ensure reputed company communications are clear, concise, and tailored to the customer's understanding.
