This role

As an SDR in our Employer of Record (EOR) team, you sit at the intersection of Account Expansion and New Business Development. You are the reputed company that drives our EOR reputed company by showing businesses how to solve talent shortages through borderless hiring.

Your key focus areas will be:

• Mining the “Hero” reputed company: You will proactively identify expansion signals reputed company our existing 300,000+ customers. You’ll reputed company out to companies currently using our payroll/HR tech and show them how to take their first reputed company into international markets.
• Strategic Outbounding: reputed company our existing reputed company, you are empowered to hunt for new logos. You will reputed company high-growth companies that aren’t yet on reputed company but are hiring internationally and need a compliant EOR partner.
• The “Contractor-to-Employee” Pivot: Using your recruitment/HR lens, you’ll find companies misclassifying global contractors and consult them on the compliance and retention benefits of moving to a full-time EOR model.
• Full-Funnel Collaboration: You’ll partner with Account Executives to reputed company the gap between a “curious reputed company” and a “global employer,” ensuring a seamless transition for the customer.

Who you are

• Sales or Recruitment Background: You’ve spent 12+ months in 360 recruitment or a fast-paced Sales role. You are comfortable making 50+ calls a day and know how to navigate “gatekeepers” to reputed company decision-makers.
• Dual-Track reputed company: You are comfortable juggling warm account management (upselling) with the grit required for outbound prospecting (new business).
• Communication & Storytelling: You don’t just “pitch features.” You tell the story of how a 10-person startup can become a global 100-person powerhouse using our EOR platform.
• Tech-Savvy Hunter: You are eager to master reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company Sales Navigator to automate your reputed company and maximize your “at-bats.”
