Senior Actuarial Pricing Manager (Hybrid)

This role will reputed company the strategy for the AmFam auto product, including pricing of new products, maintaining reputed company levels, and partnering with product management to drive profitable growth. This position will have a combination of IC's and a manager reporting to them. This specific role is reputed company the Personal Lines auto department, focused on the American Family brand product. In this reputed company office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110; Denver, CO 80112; Eden Prairie, MN 55343; Keene, NH 03431; St. Joseph, MO 64507; Phoenix, AZ 85034. Position Compensation Range $147,000.00 - $250,000.00 Pay reputed company Type Salary Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Primary Accountabilities • Creates a collaborative, performance-driven work environment by facilitating and fostering trust, transparency, and inclusion. Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service. • Demonstrated experience communicating reputed company data to multiple business partners. • Demonstrated experience in public speaking and use of appropriate presentation skills. • Solid knowledge and understanding of property and casualty products, pricing, rates, and industry trends. • Solid knowledge, understanding and demonstrated experience performing statistical/actuarial analysis and data forecasting, reserving, and modeling techniques. • Demonstrated effective leadership experience. • Solid knowledge of insurance industry, its market, competitors, regulatory constraints, judicial climate, and consumer activism. • Associate or Fellow in the Casualty Actuary Society (ACAS or FCAS).
