• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for new and existing applications supporting various business channels.
• Facilitate communication between business units to create solution work products.
• Analyze business problems and define system requirements to meet goals.
• Provide technical assistance for system development, cost/benefit analysis, and gap/process analysis.
• Act as a liaison between users and IT and participate in cross-functional working sessions.
• Meet with customer groups to understand their business process (15%)
• Design solutions independently & with development teams (15%)
• Implement solutions with SQL code, automation workflows, and data (50%)
• Deliver solutions with training and support (10%)
• Solution monitoring, maintenance, and documentation (10%

Requirements:

• SQL (Intermediate/Advanced) - Querying databases
• Power BI - Design, build, & maintain reports
