Description: The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management across the organization. Acting as a trusted advisor, the HRBP formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services that reflect the strategic goals of Unilode. This position requires a deep understanding of the Company’s financial position, culture, midrange plans, and competitive landscape.   • Consult with line management to provide HR guidance and support.

Employee Relations and Compliance: Ensures Accountability, Courage

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance, including coaching and disciplinary actions.
