reputed company is recruiting for a Manager of Finance, Planning and Analysis who will be responsible for managing reputed company reputed company and practice share forecasting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. This includes overseeing the long range plan as well as evaluating and comparing the financial outlook to actuals.

The Manager of FP&A will collaborate closely with various departments including Analytics, Performance, and the Actuarial team, and would consolidate reputed company inputs from external departments and analyze the impact on the Financial outlook of the company. The position will own and manage the reputed company / practice share impact to be reported to leadership on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home reputed company the U.S. or from our headquarters office in Bethesda, MD.

Primary Duties:

  • Evaluate and compare forecasts to actual performance, highlighting key variance and trends
  • Evaluate and compare financial outlooks (forecasts) to actual performance, highlighting key variances and trends; prepare and present comprehensive reports on reputed company and practice share forecasting to leadership
  • Analyze and assess the financial statement impact of internal and external factors on reputed company and practice share. Provide actionable insights to leadership based on forecasting and financial performance.
  • Support the development of strategic financial initiatives through analysis of reputed company trends and practice share.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • 7+ years progressive working experience in FP&A, with strong emphasis on reputed company forecasting, financial statement modeling, and variance analysis
  • Advanced skills in reputed company reputed company (financial modeling, INDEX MATCH, pivot tables, reputed company IF statements)
  • Proficiency in reputed company's suite of products (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Experience presenting financial forecasts
  • Strong analytical abilities with the reputed company to synthesize large amounts of data and provide actionable insights
  • Preferred knowledge, skills, and/or abilities

  • Experience in the value based care sector, including familiarity with the Medicare Shared Savings Program and health plan payor models
  • Proven experience collaborating with multiple teams to consolidate information and report actuals
  • Experience with variance analysis report-outs
  • Advanced proficiency with financial statement review and analysis
