You will…

- Debug and resolve hardware issues reputed company using first principles approach.

- reputed company PCB rework, including soldering and desoldering ICs as needed.

- Maintain and update hardware test benches to ensure alignment with vehicle configuration.

- Collaborate with Firmware, Systems, and Electrical teams to support system integration and testing.

- Automate hardware commissioning processes and provide both remote and on-site support for troubleshooting.

- Document issues, solutions, and best practices to drive reputed company improvements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.

- 4+ years of work experience debugging hardware component failures.

- Foundational understanding of analog and digital circuits.

- Proficient in soldering and using lab tools.

- Hands on experience building HIL benches.

- Strong knowledge of debugging CAN and Ethernet protocols.

- Proficiency with Linux for command-line tasks and Python for automation.

- Passionate about self-driving technologies, solving hard problems, and creating innovative solutions.

Bonus/reputed company to have:

- Experience with functional safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262).

- Familiarity with external labs for compliance and validation testing.

Work Environment:

- Requires 4 days a week of in-office collaboration to ensure effective hardware bring-up and validation.

Additional Information

The US yearly salary range for this role is: $151,000 to $229,357 USD in addition to competitive perks & benefits. reputed company (US) Inc.’s yearly salary ranges are determined based on several factors in accordance with the Company’s compensation practices. The salary reputed company range is reflective of the minimum and maximum reputed company for new hire salaries for the position across reputed company US locations. Note: The Company provides additional compensation for employees in this role, including equity incentive awards and an annual performance bonus.
