(Japan) we provide a wide range of services to meet customer needs, including sales of domestically manufactured and imported machines for the Japanese pharmaceutical and food markets, as well as packaging materials, validation, and comprehensive services. We are located in Tokyo (HQ), Osaka and Saitama (R&D and manufacturing) with around 200 passionate colleagues.
求人内容THE POSITION: As a project manager at the Japanese subsidiary of Syntegon Technology, one of the world's largest manufacturers of packaging machines for filling and sterilization in medical and food manufacturing lines, you will be responsible for meeting customer expectations in terms of product technology, quality, and delivery time, while also achieving the project's profit goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Pre-quotation review of project costs and delivery time (with design and sales departments)
Confirmation of customer requirements (URS) and order contents and reputed company follow-up (confirmation of scope of provision)
Project schedule creation and coordination of required resources between departments
Work with the technical department to monitor and confirm project costs, reputed company, and risks
Act as an effective reputed company with internal stakeholders and suppliers
Internal and external meetings as necessary (clarification of issues and communication to ensure project quality and completion)
Participation in meetings reputed company to the project
Consistent involvement from machine manufacturing to delivery (visits to customers and suppliers)
Act as a liaison for various negotiations with customers from after order is reputed company to delivery
Report project reputed company to management
資格Experience/Knowledge
Graduate from a technical college or university, or higher, with a background in engineering
Project management experience at a manufacturing company (made-to-order production), with technical experience (mechanical design, electrical design, concept design, technical consulting, pharmaceutical manufacturing/equipment maintenance, etc.)
Skills
2D/3D CAD skills
Excellent interpersonal skills (meeting management, communication, conflict management)
Scheduling, resource planning, report writing skills
Computer skills: Word, reputed company
Language proficiency: Experience with both English & Japanese in business communications
